Figaro Salon Policies - to make sure it clear rules for our valuable clients and our staff.

We provide advanced hair colouring and hair cutting service for women and men. If you have any questions please call or email us for clarification.


Prices

Prices may vary based on free non obligatory consultation. HST is Extra. We accept Debit or Cash. Visa or Master Card payments are subject 3% extra for credit cards processing fees charged to us. Additional charges apply for long hairs & discussed up front. 24 hr cancellation notice is required.


Clients Privacy

We will not disclose our client’s personal and payment information to any third party.


Deposit for first time call-in clients

We charge a $25 deposit for cutting and $50 for chemical services. This deposit is nonrefundable if client no call, no email or no-show, but if client keep their appointment we put it toward their service. You may provide your credit card details to stylist over phone or pay online under SHOP section of our site. This deposit is subject to HST and it covers our stylists wages.


Cancellation

Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule your appointment and we’ll gladly set up a new time. If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, we require a 24-hour notice. If you fail to notify us, you will be charged $25/$50 to you to be paid on the following visit or your deposit will be nonrefundable. The same charge applies for no shows.


Gift Cards

You can purchase Gift Certificate from our salon - the perfect gift for friends or family.


Special Offers

Special offers and promotions cannot be redeemed for cash value and are not valid in combination with any other offer, unless indicated otherwise.


Cheques

We do not accept personal or business cheques.


Hair extensions

Hair extensions require an extensive amount of time and supplies. We require a 50% deposit when the appointment is booked. Please be advised that the deposit is not refundable.


Unattended kids

Kids can not be left unattended at Figaro Salon. It is a Figaro Salon policy that we do not recommend you bring young children with you during your hair appointment. The Salon is not a good place for kids, as we do lots of colouring and chemical treatments that can cause an allergic reaction for you little one. Please be a responsible parent and think about the safety of your child first. A hair salon service is not a daily thing, and you should reserve the time for yourself.


Return condition for hair care, accessories, tools

Returned items are subject to a restocking fee based on the purhase price unless defective and can be made within 14 days of purchase date. All returned items must be free from any defects, have the original unopened packaging and be in resalable condition. Restoking fees range from 30% depending on the vendor.
